Returns & Exchanges

If your gear doesn't fit perfectly, you can return or exchange unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Return

  Log into your account and select 'Request Return' next to the relevant order to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Items

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached. Include the printed RMA form inside the box.

• 3.
  Ship Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the gear, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
